Louise Lemoine

     This exercise of project suggested conceiving a building of housing on a particularly narrow plot, 62,5 m by 12,5 m, placed avenue of Clichy ( Paris 17th district). The question of the light is at the heart of the architectural conception so that every internal space benefits from a beautiful contribution of natural light.

     Free housing program, the building proposes varied typologies (simplex, duplex and triplex) translated by the rhythm of the main facade. Every apartment has outside extensions. The wide balconies in the southwest open on a collective garden in heart of plot of land, favoring the relations between the inhabitants.
